Le Meilleur de l'Europe pour les femmes, maintenant !
Programme 8th March : The Best of Europe for Women, Now !
European Parliament
Gisèle Halimi, who founded Choisir la cause des femmes with Simone de Beauvoir in 1971, is at the origin of The Most Favoured European Clause for Women which aims to harmonise women's rights in
the EU from above. Since July 2022, our organisation began a tour of Europe to update the comparison of women's rights in the EU and select the most advanced laws to support women in all areas of
their lives. This event on the 8th of March will bring together some of the 90 associations and personalities met in 16 of the countries already visited by the Choisir volunteers. And to say that
we all want The Best of Europe for Women.
